POSITION PURPOSE: |
As the HR Process Consultant, the focus is on optimizing processes for the Sr. HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Partner teams. You'll lead the development of policies, procedures, and service level agreements, manage projects like case management software implementation, and provide detailed reporting analytics. Responsibilities also include overseeing expense tracking, compliance tasks, and ensuring accuracy in HRIS data management. This role is pivotal in supporting these teams by streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic insights for decision-making. |
