Seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resource professional to join our high performing team and oversee human resource functions. This is a key management role in a dynamic company achieving exceptional growth.  This role includes recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all facets of human resources to both execute and advise the leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruitment
• On-boarding
• Employee relations including performance and disciplinary actions
• Employee benefits
• Payroll processing and management
• Compliance management including state and federal regulations and labor laws, payroll audits and benefit offerings.
• Reporting and Analysis

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing principles, compliance requirements, and employee benefits administration.
• Proficiency in payroll software systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees and management.
• Understanding of HR practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or equivalent in experience and/or certifications
