We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to source, evaluate and recruit top-level talent.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for all roles
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, industry networks and employee referrals
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate’s alignment with our team
- Coordinate interviews with team members, solicit feedback and facilitate next steps in a timely manner
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long-term staffing plans
- Manage and support participation in career fairs, networking events, and digital marketing efforts
- Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and labor regulations
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Negotiate and extend offers
- Manage pre-employment process, including drug and background facilitation, new hire paperwork and scheduling the candidate onboarding experience
Requirements:

- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in construction or related field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of construction job functions, and industry challenges
- Proficiency in recruiting platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
