This is What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning, testing, and implementation of HRIS upgrades, patches, and new modules.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Design and deliver advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across HR functions.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to HRIS team members and HR staff.
  • Manage and coordinate small to mid-scale HRIS projects, including system enhancements and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
  • Represent the HRIS function in cross-departmental initiatives and strategic discussions.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.

This is What it Takes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Five to seven years of progressive HRIS experience, including system implementation and project coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and data management best practices.
  • Expertise in HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, Oracle, or UKG (Ultimate Software).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated experience managing small to mid-scale cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
